By scheduling or receiving services from Vulcan Pest Control (“Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 

Services:
Vulcan Pest Control provides pest control, inspections, treatments, and exclusion services based on conditions observed at the time of service. Results may vary depending on infestation severity, environmental factors, sanitation, and structural conditions. No service guarantees complete eradication unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

Access & Preparation:
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and following any preparation instructions provided before or after service. Failure to comply may limit effectiveness or require rescheduling.

 

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension or additional fees.

 

Safety:
While Vulcan Pest Control uses industry-approved products and methods, the Client is responsible for notifying the Company of pets, children, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

 

Limitations:
Vulcan Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden infestations, or structural issues. Wildlife and rodent services do not include repairs unless specifically contracted.

 

Cancellations:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the stated notice period. Missed appointments may incur a service fee.

 

Liability:
Vulcan Pest Control is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

 

Acceptance:
By authorizing service, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
