Kahdijah brings an exceptional blend of educational leadership, scientific expertise, and community-focused service to Vulcan Pest Control. With a career rooted in education, she has specialized in biology and chemistry, building a strong foundation in scientific problem-solving and analysis. She is a proud graduate of The University of Texas–Pan American in the Rio Grande Valley and holds a Master’s in Education, a degree that helped pave the way for her successful career as a principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
Her years of guiding schools, supporting families, and managing complex operations have shaped her into a thoughtful, strategic leader. Today, Kahdijah uses that experience to elevate Vulcan Pest Control’s customer service, communication, and brand presence. As our Customer Service Manager and Vice President of Media & Public Relations, she ensures every client feels informed, supported, and valued. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for helping people make her an essential part of the Vulcan Pest Control team.

Ashley Garza
President
Ashley Garza’s career is built on curiosity, grit, and a lifelong love for biology. She earned her Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma, sharpening the leadership and strategic skills that would later help her launch her own company. She went on to study Turf Management at The Pennsylvania State University, adding a deep understanding of ecosystems, soil science, and environmental health to her skill set.
Ashley began her professional journey teaching biology at Kitty Hawk Middle School in San Antonio, working with the AYPYN Program to support students whose parents served in the armed forces. Her move to Houston opened the door to the world of pest and lawn management through roles with Ortho Pest Control and Scotts Lawn Service. It was here that her mentor, Mike Benthal, recognized her potential and guided her into a field where few young women were making their mark. His mentorship sparked a passion that became a career—one Ashley embraced with determination and pride.
Driven by her scientific background and a commitment to delivering honest, high-quality service, Ashley founded Vulcan Pest Control, where she combines biology, business expertise, and hands-on experience to protect homes and build lasting trust with her clients. Her journey is proof that when skill meets passion, industry boundaries don’t stand a chance.
